These backgrounds where made for a pitch me and my team developed during our minor. The pitch was for an animation show about a bear who worked in an office. I was in charge of worldbuilding and writing. The style we went for was mostly based on comedy cartoons for adults. Bob's Burgers for example.
I made a rough 3D model of the office in Sketchup, for reference. That way I could easily figure out the camera angles and perspective.
The illustration of the street was coloured by Nyala van Hus.
